2. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” — Artventures International.

• “You”, “Customer” — any parent, guardian, participant, visitor, or user of our services.

• “Services” — includes classes, workshops, events, courses, products, and online offerings.

• “Child Participants” — children attending Little Picassos activities under a parent/guardian’s responsibility.
   

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 All bookings must be made through our website, approved channels, or partner venues.

3.2 Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Customer Cancellations
– Cancellations made 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit (venue-dependent).
– Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
– No-shows are non-refundable.

4.2 Our Cancellations
If we cancel an event due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:
– A full refund, or
– A credit to use toward a future session.

4.3 Refunds are returned using the original payment method.
 

5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

5.1 A responsible adult must remain on the premises for all children’s sessions unless the event explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for:
– Ensuring children behave safely
– Supervising children as required
– Providing accurate medical or allergy information

6. Health, Safety & Allergies

6.1 We take all reasonable steps to create a safe environment.

6.2 Parents must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs upon booking.

6.3 Some materials may include paint, craft supplies, or food items.
We are not liable for reactions that arise from undisclosed allergies.
 

7. Photography & Media

7.1 We may take photos or videos during events.

7.2 We will only use images of children in promotional materials if the parent/guardian has given explicit consent.

7.3 You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on our website, including logos, artwork, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Artventures International.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

8.3 Artwork created by participants during events is theirs to take home, but may not be used commercially without our approval.
 

9. Liability

9.1 We are not responsible for:
– Lost or damaged personal items
– Accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
– Allergic reactions due to undisclosed conditions

9.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or injury where unlawful to exclude.

By using our website, you agree not to:
– Engage in unlawful activity
